Over the past few years, Jonas Kinge Bergland has established himself as one of the country’s biggest and most popular comedians. Since his breakthrough debut, “Dr. Bergland and Alternative Medicine” in 2016, he has delivered intelligent, uncompromising, and, in his own words, “perfectly decent” stand-up to an ever-growing audience and delighted critics. His second and third shows, “Dr. Bergland Breaks Confidentiality” and “Dr. Bergland Without Borders”, each sold nearly 100,000 tickets and rank among Latter’s greatest successes of all time.

Expectations are therefore sky-high as he once again takes the main stage in January 2025 with “Dr. Bergland: On Life and Death.”

In recent years, Jonas has worked as a nursing home doctor, giving him plenty of time to reflect on life, death, aging, and whether there’s a deeper meaning to it all. Such musings can lead to great humor—at least with Dr. Bergland at the helm.
