About
Hexis formed in Denmark in 2010, carrying the distinct DIY spirit of the punk and hardcore scene while being deeply rooted in black metal. With over 1100 concerts behind them, from the Faroe Islands to New Zealand and from Cuba to Mongolia, they have become a symbol of a hard-working and hard-hitting band.
Hexis has released three full-length albums - "Abalam" (2014), "Tando Ashanti" (2017), and "Aeternum" (2022) - in addition to countless EPs and split releases, where they combine the energy of hardcore with black metal and elements of doom and sludge.
The band has received excellent reviews for both their outstanding albums and, not least, their intense live experiences. They have played at highly acclaimed festivals such as Roskilde Festival, Copenhell, Bloodstock Open Air, Roadburn, and Damnation Festival.
